“As this was a house I bought through an auction it was a little more complicated dealing with an auction house and banks in California and title companies. With Jeff's help and staying on top of things it made my life a lot easier. Jeff is always ready to make eight o'clock calls on a Sunday night if need be. The one thing I really appreciate is he is always able to be reached and provides the info I need right away as most of my purchases are houses I flip and always are under a fast time frame to buy. I started flipping houses in the early eighties and have never used the same realtor twice, this is my second house with Jeff and I look forward to many more.
